Consider our New Ministry
The Town Board of Brookfield has approved the conditional use permit for our Memorial Garden/Columbarium that gives us the permission to begin landscaping and construction.
All the information is on the web site including applications for niches and memorial pavers. Our Columbarium will hold 72 niches. and pavers will be placed at the site.
Cost of the niches is $3,000 for a double and $2,000 for a single. There is a 10% pre-construction discount available until March 1st 2017. As determined by the congregation,
this project will be self-funding so the sale of the niches now controls the timetable.
There information on the increasing use of cremation as an environmental friendly and cost-effective burial procedure on the web site. To date we have sold approximately one-half of the niches needed to fund this project.
For the next several weeks there will be a display in the lobby, and committee members will be available to answer questions. If you have been considering the option of St. John’s columbarium for a final resting place and/or purchasing a paver to honor a loved one,
you are welcome to talk with committee members at any time.
While application blanks and guidelines can be found on the web site,
they can also be found at the top of the last row of mail boxes in the lobby and on the Information Desk.
