July Outreach Focus: School Supplies

Do you remember the thrill of a new box of crayons and new pencils? You can make that happen for a student in Milwaukee. July brings the opportunity to help students start the school year prepared, confident, and ready to learn. Donations should be placed in the shopping cart by July 20.

Summer Family Fun Night

Join us August 6 for food, fellowship, games and more!

Thursday, August 6

Youth Mission Trip to Boundary Waters

Our youth are traveling to the Boundary Waters. Their guides are both from St. John’s: Izzy Salinas and Ariella Beyerlein. They will be gone July 11 – 18.

Contact Stephanie by June 28 if you would like to support them through prayer.

Newborn Kits

What is a Newborn Kit?

Newborn Kits are given to new moms in developing nations when they deliver their babies at a hospital. This incentive has been very successful at getting expectant moms to a hospital, so their babies can be delivered in sanitary conditions.

Our goal for 2026 is 600 Kits. Throughout the summer we will be collecting items for Newborn Kits. The greatest needs are:

– Onesies (preemie, newborn, of 0-3 sizes only)
– Receiving blankets

– Ivory bath size soap
Monetary donations (to purchase cloth diapers.)

Donations may be placed in the blue bin in the Donation Location in the Fellowship Hall.

Kits will be assembled for distribution in July, exact date to be determined.
