What is MSP?

MSP is short for Ministry Scheduler Pro. It is a program that facilitates scheduling volunteers for Sunday morning ministries.

What ministries are scheduled with MSP at St. John’s?

MSP is used to schedule volunteers for

• Assisting minister
• Audio/visual
• Coffee Host
• Communion server
• Communion set up/clean up
• Greeter
• Lector
• Usher

How often will I be scheduled?

As often as you wish! Each schedule covers a three month period. Before schedules are created, you will be asked to update your availability for that schedule. Depending upon the number of volunteers within a ministry, you could be scheduled every other week, once a month, or once a quarter.
