Preschool Director (& Administrator)

St. John’s Lutheran Church, 20275 Davidson Rd in Brookfield, is currently accepting applications for the position of part-time Preschool Director (& Administrator) with a start date of May 26, 2026.

St. John’s seeks an experienced Preschool Director (& Administrator) to provide strategic direction as well as day-to-day operation and oversight to all aspects of our Preschool.  We have three classes with ages ranging from 2 years to pre-Kindergarten, and three teachers.  Our preschool program is designed to meet the social, physical, and intellectual growth needs of our children and prepare them for primary school.  Our Preschool Director works in conjunction with St. John’s Lutheran Church and St. John’s Children, Youth and Family Ministry to nurture, maintain, and grow the preschool ministry as a ministry of the church.  The part time work schedule is approximately thirty hours per week, Monday through Friday.  A Wisconsin State license as an Administrator or Director of a group child care center is required. Salary Range: $24 – $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
